Founded in 1998, DSA offers a full range of services, varying from planning and architecture to interior design and visualization. Our team of architects, designers, and draftsmen collaborate closely with our clients to understand their needs, vision, and budget, and deliver innovative solutions that exceed their expectations. We have completed projects across various sectors, including luxury single family, multifamily, education, office, medical, home builder, hospitality, student housing, and mixed-use development. Day in and day out, our team of experts strives to create spaces that are functional, beautiful, and environmentally responsible. We believe that architecture is not only a form of art, but also a form of service, and we strive to deliver excellence in every project we undertake. Whether it’s a luxury residence, academic building, or condominium tower, we have a passion for helping people celebrate life through complicated architecture made simple.

Benedictine Hall is a former residence building on the Saint Leo campus that is being renovated for functional use by the university. It will eventually house offices for Saint Leo staff as well as a black-box theater and cafe. These renderings were developed to help the university better understand the space and finishes once the project was completed.

Design Styles Architecture worked with Hess to create and launch a new look for their stores. This concept store is a renovated existing Hess gas station. It's meant to serve as the basis for all of their existing and future store layouts using a brighter, cleaner, and more contemporary design.
HSHP was built in the 1940's and was a one story building with approximately 10,300 SF. It was remodeled to add a second floor which consists of nine classrooms, four laboratories and a total of 12,300 SF of additional space bringing the total of the building to 22,600 SF. The front elevation was completely changed with a new contemporary look that is consistent with the University's existing style.
