Eric Francis is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with more than 15 years of experience leading the planning, design, permitting, and construction support for master-planned communities and residential developments across Florida, including projects ranging from 100 lots to more than 5,000. As the Practice Lead for Land Development at RESPEC, he directs multidisciplinary teams across civil, environmental, survey, and planning disciplines, coordinates with local and state agencies, and keeps scope, budgets, and schedules on track. He also brings a strong business development and operational leadership background, including long-range planning, workload forecasting, and recruiting and developing staff.
