When you submit a referral, our team will schedule an in-person meeting at our Design Center to review a variety of available floor plans. From there, we work closely with your referral to select and customize a plan that fits their lifestyle and needs. If they don’t already own land, our team can also assist with finding the perfect lot to build on.
Once a Home Construction Agreement is signed, executed, and funded, we will pay up to 3% of the total contract price- not just the base price, as many other builders do. (Land costs and government fees are excluded.)
The referral fee is paid in three separate 1% installments throughout the construction process, making it simple and straightforward to receive your reward.
