Tampa Bay Parade of Homes Celebrates Winners

TAMPA BAY PARADE OF HOMES CELEBRATES WINNERS
Annual event exceeds expectations with more than 60 home models in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, and Manatee Counties

(TAMPA, Florida) -  Tampa Bay Builders Association is pleased to announce the winners of its 2023 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes. The annual event, held March 18 through March 26 represented the largest collection of homes in the region. Each year, the Parade of Homes provides prospective homebuyers with a chance to familiarize themselves with the many home communities, builders, and available home inventory in the Tampa Bay region.
 
“This year’s Parade of Homes offered a truly diverse group of builders,” said Brian Bullock, TBBA President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Homes by WestBay. “It was exciting to see the quality of builders, wide array of home choices, and emerging design trends while celebrating Tampa Bay’s outstanding housing market.”
 
Taylor Morrison’s Humboldt at River’s Edge took home the Grand Diamond award as best in show. The gated community of luxury homes sits within the River Landing community in Wesley Chapel and offers a premier location with expertly designed, well-appointed homes.
 
The Humbolt floor plan also earned Best in Class honors for Curb Appeal. Other Best in Class awards were presented to Homes by WestBay’s Belmar at Triple Creek for Best Floor Plan, Biscayne Homes’ Osprey 3 at Mirada for Best Kitchen, Sunrise Homes’ Montalto at Lake Toscana for Best Primary Suite & Bath, M/I Homes’ Mira Lago at Berry Bay for Best Merchandising, Toll Brothers’ The Willet Craftsman at Aspen Trail for Best Outdoor Living and PulteGroup’s Roseland at Hawks Reserve for Best Architectural Detailing.
 
A panel of judges toured more than 60 model homes to select their favorite homes, townhomes, custom homes, and custom remodels ranging in price from the mid $200s to more than $2 million.  Grand and Silver winners were honored in the following categories:
 
$250k - $299k    Grand Award – Hawthorne, Edgestone at Artisan Lakes by Taylor Morrison
$300k - $349k    Grand Award – Sycamore, Wesley Reserve at Chapel Crossings by Pulte Group
$350k - $399k    Grand Award – Sentinel at Hilltop Point by M/I Homes
                           Silver Award -   Shoreline at Palm River by Lennar
$400k - $449k    Grand Award – INL 404 at The Isles at Bayview by Inland Homes
                           Silver Award -   Indigo at Pasadena Point by Casa Fresca Homes
$450k - $499k    Grand Award - The Lennox at Persimmon Park by David Weekley Homes
                           Silver Award (Tie) – Marianna at Citron Grave by Mattamy Homes
                                                           Salerno C at Rose Haven by Vitale Homes
$500k - $549k – Grand Award – The Medina at Valri Forest by PulteGroup
                           Silver Award -   The Whaler at Chapel Crossings by David Weekley Homes
$550k - $599k    Grand Award – Sebring at Volanti by Mattamy Homes
                           Silver Award – Dali at Epperson by M/I Homes
$600k -$649k     Grand Award – Mira Lago at Cobblestone by M/I  Homes
                           Silver Award -   Briarwood at Carrollwood Landings by Mobley Homes
$650k - $699k    Grand Award -  The Rivergate at Waterset by David Weekley Homes
                           Silver Award -   Pelican at Hawkstone, Homes by WestBay
$700k - $749k    Grand Award – Pallazio, Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch by Taylor Morrison

$750k - $799k    Grand Award – Terraglen at Copeland Creek by David Weekley Homes

$800k - $899k    Grand Award -  Montalto at Lake Toscana by Sunrise Homes
                           Silver Award -   The Willet Craftsman at Aspen Trail by Toll Brothers
$1m – 1.2m        Grand Award -   Humbolt at River’s Edge by Taylor Morrison
                           Silver Award -    Roseland at Hawks Reserve by PulteGroup
$1.3m and up     Grand Award-    Key Largo II at Hawkstone, Homes by WestBay
                           Silver Award -    Florenzo, Marisol at MiraBay by Park Square Homes
 
In the Custom Home category, the Grand Award went to Jeanne Marie by Summit Bay Construction for homes ranging between $1 million and $2 million. In the $2 million and over category, Milana by Milana Custom Homes was honored with the Grand Award.  The winner in the Custom Bath Renovation was Campens by Avery Construction.
 
PulteGroup provided this year’s Parade of Homes Showcase Builder. Participating builders included Avery Construction, Biscayne Homes, David Weekley Homes, Casa Fresca Homes, Homes by WestBay, Inland Homes, Lennar, M/I Homes, Mattamy Homes, Milana Custom Homes, Mobley Homes, Park Square Homes, Summit Bay Construction, Sunrise Homes, Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, William Ryan Homes Florida, and Vitale Homes.
