I am a seasoned veteran (code for old) of the residential real estate industry in Tampa. Starting in 2004, I opened my brokerage in 2016 when clients and family encouraged me to put my financial well-being at risk. Having built a business by word of mouth and unreasonable care for my clients, it felt right to devote time and resources to those that supported my professional development. I have not looked back. Getting a client the price they want when they Sell or Buy a home is a big deal, and I really enjoy walking through the process with our clients so that they feel good about their decisions. I treat my clients with integrity and respect… the way I'd want to be treated. As a small business owner, I am invested in the success of our clients and the integrity of our efforts. Working independently outside the big-box brokerages allows me to ensure our clients have a personalized experience that can meet their needs with ease and simplicity.
